What's your warranty policy?

Hey Beauties! Have you recently bought a technical product from us? 🥰 If so, the warranty will be valid upon the the delivery date. If the iGel technical product was purchased through a third-party supplier, you can register the warranty by sending us a photo of the warranty card along with the original receipt through our email address warranty@igelbeauty.com.

Below is a record of the manufacturer warranty that comes with each product line.

60 Day Manufacturers Warranty:

6 Months Manufacturers Warranty:

1 Year Manufacturers Warranty:

The Warranty will NOT cover:
Physical Cosmetic Damages or Mishandling
Adapter or Cord Damage/Replacement
Water/Acetone Damage
Refurbished Items
Purchased Parts/Replacement Parts

The warranty will be voided if the item is disassembled for any reason. No exceptions.

Warning: Using of incorrect charger on your technical devices may cause damage and will automatically void the warranty. Any fake or non-authorized accessory should be avoided since it could damage your device. Please use the adapter included in the box to charge your devices.

This damage will not be covered by the warranty, including accidental handling damages.

How to register for the warranty?

To register for the warranty, kindly send us a copy of the warranty card along with your order number. If the machine was purchased from a third-party nail supply, it is important that a copy of the official receipt (OR) together with the warranty card be submitted for the registration to be successful. You may send the needed documents to warranty@igelbeauty.com or cs@igelbeauty.com.

My product is not working and I believe it may be covered under the warranty.

Not to worry! - you may go ahead and initiate a repair process by reaching out through cs@igelbeauty.com or chatting with one of our live chat representatives. Our Repair Specialist will troubleshoot the issue with you to find the most appropriate solution. They'll be more than happy to hear about your concern and work with your current circumstances.

If your product is deemed to be covered under the warranty - the shipping label, repair, and return label fees will be covered by us!  If it is deemed not covered under warranty we will invoice you for the applicable fees prior to shipping the item back.
