My The One E-File came with no plastic seal. I want a brand new one; please send me that instead.
Kindly be assured that the E-Files we send out are all brand new and unused unless stated as refurbished on the website. If you received your The One E-File with no plastic seal, this was because our sealing machine was down at the time and we had limited quantities then as well. We offer our apologies for this situation. Rest assured that this is still normal to come with no seal just like our Diamond E-Files.
The bottom part of the handpiece doesn’t match the website photo. Did you send me the correct E-File?
Yes! The bottom part of the hand-piece of the E-File is actually black in color like the one that you received. This is the final design for The One E-File. We are currently working on updating our website photos to avoid further confusion in the future.
