What's new with this product?
We've added multiple new things to this lamp, with the first one being noticeable at first glance, which is the new LCD screen, providing you with better clarity on all the information you need to see during each session, from the countdown timer to its current battery level. It now has a 90-second timer button, which is not available on our Hybrid Lite UV/LED Lamp—giving you more options for your needs and adapting to the situation, on the go. We've also incorporated the beep feature on this latest model, similar to our Hybrid PRO Series lamps. It also has a "Silent Mode", allowing you to turn off its beep feature for those days when you prefer to work in silence. Lastly, we've made its battery more accessible for easier battery replacement in the future.

Using its Sensor and Countdown Feature
Similar to our Hybrid Lite UV/LED Lamp and other Hybrid PRO Series lamps, the user has an option to use it in two different ways. By default, pressing a timer setting once would enable its Sensor feature, which triggers its lights and timer once the user's hand or foot is inserted and detected by its sensors. Pressing the same timer setting twice would automatically turn on its lights, which would remain lit depending on the chosen setting, and would turn off once the countdown ends. The timer can be seen on the lamp's screen.
Maintaining Battery Health and Overall Performance
To maintain your device's battery health and its consistent, reliable performance, you must ensure to unplug your device once charging is complete. Do not leave it to charge overnight or for more than its intended charging timeframe. It takes 3-4 hours to fully charge the Hybrid-X UV/LED Lamp from an empty battery. Additionally, using another charger intended for a different device/model is strongly advised against, as it can damage the internal components of your device. Please only use the charger that came with your lamp exclusively.

You can register the warranty by sending us a photo of your warranty card along with your proof of purchase to our email address warranty@igelbeauty.com. Kindly ensure that the device's Serial Number (SN), the date of purchase, or your order number (if purchased from our website) is clearly visible when sending your photos.
"With this newest release, does it mean your Hybrid Lite UV/LED Lamp is no longer worth purchasing?"
A new lamp model being available does not mean that the Hybrid Lite UV/LED Lamp is no longer worth purchasing. While the Hybrid-X UV/LED Lamp is clearly an upgrade on paper, the deciding factor should always come down to your preferences. Not only do they differ in appearance, but their built-in handle for mobility also differs in placement. The Hybrid Lite UV/LED Lamp is also slightly lighter in weight and can last longer when using on its battery. Despite the Hybrid Lite UV/LED Lamp being the older model, it still offers the same smooth curing experience as the new model.
"Does the Hybrid-X UV/LED Lamp have a Low Heat/Builder Gel Mode?"
No, it does not have a Low Heat/Builder Gel Mode.
"How do I enable its Silent Mode?"
To enable its Silent Mode, simply press and hold the 99S button for 3 seconds. A mute icon will then appear on its screen, indicating that the lamp is now in Silent Mode.
"What's the purpose of the lamp's Steel Tray?"
Similar to our other lamps, this new device also comes with a reflective steel tray. Although you can still effectively cure without having it underneath your lamp during each session, reflective materials around the curing area generally contribute to curing as they help maximize light exposure to your nails. It also provides a hygienic surface for the user's hand or foot, which can easily be sanitized.
"The lamp's sensors are not detecting my hand. Am I doing something wrong?"
For the sensors to effectively detect your hand, you have to make sure that your lamp is placed on a flat surface. You also have to ensure that your hand/foot remains still for a few seconds when inserted into your lamp.
