1. How do I get the lamp to start?
Simply press the power button on the lamp located near the light bulbs. The lamp must have sufficient charge before using it wirelessly.
2. Where is the touch sensor located? How do I use this?
The touch sensor is the chrome rim of the lamp. When the lamp is attached to the gooseneck base, the touch sensor is automatically activated. When the lamp is not connected to the gooseneck base, press the power button to turn on the lamp. The lamp is present to run a default time of 30 seconds.
3. How many light bulbs does the lamp have?
It comes with 3 light bulbs that are perfect for flash curing!
4. How long is the warranty of this lamp?
It comes with a 1-Year Manufacturing Warranty. You may register your lamp by sending us an email at warranty@igelbeauty.com. Attach a copy of your warranty card and proof of purchase in the email, ensuring that the purchase date, item name, store name, and the serial number are clearly visible.
5. How long do we charge the lamp?
The recommended charging time for this lamp is 2.3 hours. Make sure to use the charger that came with the lamp. Do not overcharge or leave the lamp charging overnight.
