How long does it take to process and ship an order?

We do our best to process orders within 3-5 business days. Orders placed during peak times, such as sales and holidays, may take longer to leave our fulfillment center. We also do not ship on Sundays or major holidays.

If you would like to expedite your order’s processing stage, you may purchase our VIP Pass: Skip the Line. Your order will be processed and shipped out the same day you place it! For your VIP Pass to be effective, your order must be submitted or placed before 3:00 P.M. EST, Monday through Friday. Any orders placed on weekends or after 3:00 PM EST will be shipped the following business day. Business days are Monday through Friday. If the above conditions are met and we fail to ship your order, we will refund you for the VIP Pass.

Please know that order processing and the actual delivery or transportation of your package are independent of each other. Shipping times are solely handled by the third-party couriers (USPS, FedEx, or UPS) that you selected upon checking out. However, in general, here are the estimated shipping times for domestic and international orders:

  • Domestic orders:
    • Standard shipping: 2–8 business days
    • Expedited shipping: 1–3 business days
    • Same-day shipping: is available for select items and locations (if you need a same-day shipping service or an overnight shipping service, you can contact us so that we can check the possibility of the request).
  • International orders:
    • Standard shipping: 10–20 business days
    • Expedited shipping: 5–7 business days
    • Priority shipping: 2–5 business days
