I provided the wrong delivery address! Can I change it?

Did you enter the wrong shipping address while placing your order?

We will be happy to change the shipping address of your order as long as it has not been fulfilled yet.

Change of address is only possible if your order has not been fulfilled yet.

If your order has already shipped, you will need to contact the courier to reroute your package.

Any orders that are RTS / Returned-To-Sender Policy due to an incorrectly provided address are applicable to a reshipping fee or a 20% restocking fee.
