We hope you love your purchases, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will happily accept a return within 30 days of receipt in exchange for an iGel Beauty gift card, as long as it falls within the terms indicated in our below policy.
For safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards, please note that if an open, used, unsealed, or damaged item is returned, we are unable to process the return. All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the fault was our own.
Please refrain from sending or dropping off unauthorized packages at the manufacturer's address. All returns must be authorized by filling out the Return Merchandise Form upon reaching out to our customer service support. Unauthorized returns are not eligible for reimbursement.
Requests to return a collection or a bundle should be made within 7 calendar days of receipt; there are no exceptions.
All returns can be refunded via in-store credit, which will be available after the inspection process of the returned items. iGel Beauty does not issue credit back to the original payment method or refund shipping charges.
Note: If you are seeking a refund due to an issue with your order (damaged, incorrect, missing, or lost or stolen packages), you may receive reimbursement either via store credit (which can be used immediately and never expire), a direct reimbursement to the original payment method (which will be available in 3-5 business days, depending on your bank's processing time), or a replacement.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be emailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed about the return.

Hey Beauty! Our return process is as simple as possible. To initiate a return, please make sure that it follows our terms stated above.

- Exact items you wish to return
- Why you wish to return them
- Are they in original, unopened, sealed, and in the same condition, it was received?
ONCE YOUR RETURN HAS BEEN ACCEPTED:
1. You will receive an email with an attached RMA form that includes our return terms and policies, as well as return instructions. Please fill out this form and read it in its entirety. It will include the inspection process and any applicable restocking fee. Include one copy of this form in your return package, and respond to the email with an electronic copy so that your return will not be mis-delivered.
2. Afterwards, you will receive a prepaid return label via email. Please make sure to package your products carefully, as iGel Beauty is not responsible for any damage that occurs during the return transit, and is also not responsible for lost/stolen packages.
3. Once your return is received at our fulfillment center, it will go through our inspection process to make sure all products are undamaged, unused, and in their original, sealed condition. During peak seasons such as holidays or sales, please allow extra processing time for your return due to higher than normal volumes.
4. Once the return has been received and inspected you'll receive an email confirmation along with your iGel Beauty gift card or your refund.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
As of this time, we do not accept exchanges. We only replace items if they are deemed defective or damaged. You may, however, process a return and use your gift card/store credit to place another order.
REFUND PROCESSING TIME
Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to show up on your transactions after it has been initiated by iGel Beauty. There is often a processing timeframe before a refund is posted. If it does not show up within 3–5 business days, please contact your credit card company; different companies have different processing times. If you've done all of this and you still cannot locate your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further confirmation.
