Can I exchange my items?
At the moment, we do not accept exchanges. However, if your products are valid for a return, you can initiate a return process and use the gift card for your next purchase!
Can I get a refund if the price has changed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund you the difference or offer price adjustments. If you choose to return the item, you will be refunded for the cost of the item at the time it was purchased. We’re so sorry for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding!
