No need to worry; unfulfilled means your order is currently being picked, quality checked, and prepared for shipment. Once your order has shipped, your order status will change to Fulfilled/Shipped. You'll receive an email and/or an SMS with your tracking details once this happens!
We do our best to process orders within 3-5 business days. Please know that orders placed during peak times, such as sales and holidays, may take longer to leave our fulfillment center. We also do not ship on Sundays or major holidays.
