Why is my order marked "Pre-Shipment"?

Most of our orders are processed within 3-5 business days unless there is unexpected high volume due to peak times such as sales or holidays.

Once our fulfillment team is packing your order, they will create a tracking number for you and you will receive a confirmation email with your newly issued tracking number.  At the end of the day, the courier will pick up all packed orders from our facility and bring it to their location to scan.

Orders with "Info Received" , "USPS Awaiting Package" or "Pre-Shipment" status does not mean your package is lost or not moving.  It is in transit and has already left our facility and the tracking will update when your package is at the next location available for scanning.  You may notice that there may not be an update for several days or sometimes up to a week.  Don't worry as this is a common occurrence - your package is on the way!
