2. Name of product(s) not received (what you ordered and what you received) and provide us a photo of the item. Photos are an important part of the process.
3. Did you receive anything that you did not order instead? Kindly provide a photo of the item you have received.
4. Did you notice any tampering with your package? (rips, holes, "re-taping") If so, may you please provide a photo for this as well?
5. Method of reimbursement - refund via gift card, direct refund back to your original mode of payment used, or a reshipment.
Note: Kindly make sure that all items are new, unused, sealed, and in the same condition that you received them. If you happen to receive a product that is not the one that you purchased, a photo must be submitted for documentation of the condition, and please do not open and take the item out of the box for safety, cleanliness, and hygiene purposes if a return is to be initiated.
