2. Name the product(s) not received (what you ordered and what you received) and provide us with a photo of the item. Photos are an important part of the process.
3. Did you receive anything that you did not order instead? Kindly provide a photo of the item you have received.
4. Did you notice any tampering with your package? (rips, holes, "re-taping"). If so, may you please provide a photo for this as well?
5. Method of reimbursement: refund via gift card, direct refund back to your original mode of payment used, or a reshipment.
Note: Kindly make sure that all items are new, unused, sealed, and in the same condition that you received them. If you happen to receive a product that is not the one that you purchased, a photo must be submitted for documentation of the condition, and please do not open and take the item out of the box for safety, cleanliness, and hygiene purposes if a return is to be initiated.
We kindly encourage that any order issues be notified to iGel Beauty as soon as possible. This gives us enough time to investigate the issue and resolve it to your satisfaction as quickly as possible. We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your order. That's why we encourage you to report any order issues immediately, but within 30 calendar days upon receipt.
