Want a crack at something new? Maybe our LB Crackle Gel is for you!
Our LB Crackle Gel is specially formulated to separate over your base coat. Beautifully random separations or cracks are made by shrinking and drying regions of the gel. You may choose from 20 different Crackle colors, and place them over regular polishes such as lacquer, gel, builder gel, or sculpture gel, then cure with a UV or LED light.

How do I remove LB Crackle Gel?
Trim off any extra nail length with a nail cutter.
Buff off the shiny top layer, and avoid buffing your natural nail bed.
Remove Crackle Gel along with the medium underneath by either wrapping it in foil or soaking it in acetone.
• Foil Method
Thoroughly soak a cotton ball in acetone. Afterward, place it over your nail and tightly wrap your nail in aluminum foil. Do this for each finger and leave it on for 10 to 15 minutes. Lastly, remove the foil, and gently rub the cotton ball along with the foil on your nails.
• Soak Off Method
Pour acetone into a small bowl and soak your nails inside for 15 to 20 minutes. If excess polish remains, soak it in for another 5 minutes.Lightly buff the surface of your nails. Afterward, shape your nails with a nail file and create your desired shape. Then, nourish your nails with Nourish Oil.
How do I change the size of the cracks of my LB Crackle Gel?
For smaller cracks, we highly recommend using thinner layers for easier separation of the crackle gel. For regular-sized cracks, we recommend skipping the gel base. For larger cracks, we recommend adding gel base before and after adding gel polish. The gel base will help create the largest asymmetrical crackle effect possible. Alternatively, you may add foil transfer gel before adding the crackle gel. It would be slightly less large than when using gel base.
Why isn't my LB Crackle Gel cracking?
Our LB Crackle Gel works better in warm temperatures. If you live in a cold area and can't seem to get that crackle, you may use body heat by taking the bottle and cupping them in your hands and generate friction rubbing or rolling the bottle back and forth. Imagine it being like warming your hands on a cold winter day!
How do I make my LB Crackle Gel really pop in color?
You may use complementary colors. Take the basic color wheel and try using the color on the opposite side (e.g. blue to orange). If complementary colors are a little too strong, you may use a darker shade in contrast with a lighter shade like pastels with a dark crackle color or vice versa.
