There are multiple reasons why your discount / promotion code may not be working.
- You may need to clear your cookies, cache, and browser history. You may also place your order using a private browser aka incognito mode.
- You may be entering the discount/promo code incorrectly: make sure it's exactly as you received it, without any spaces. Make sure to click 'Apply Code' for it to apply to your order.
- You may not be eligible. Some discount/promo codes are only eligible for a one-time-use only.
- If your discount code is still not working after checking all of the above, please get in touch with us at cs@igelbeauty.com and we will replicate this order on our end.
