Can I cancel my order?

If you still wish to cancel your order, we may do so only if your order has not been fulfilled yet.

For Order Adjustments/Order Cancellations message us on live chat or email us at cs@igelbeauty.com and provide the necessary information such as your Order #, reason for cancelling, or what adjustments you would like made.

Reimbursements will be made to the original payment method and may take up to 3-5 business days to process.
